The company is led by a team of experienced energy executives focused on aggressively acquiring and managing oil and gas assets in premier, high-growth unconventional shale plays across the United States. Our team has a long history of working with oil and gas interest owners in West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico, and pride ourselves on having fine-tuned the purchase process, bringing you the most seamless transaction possible.

We purchase mineral, royalty, and leasehold interests in the Permian Basin with a primary focus on the Delaware Basin. Evan Mehaffey

Manager

Evan Mehaffey co-founded 128 Energy Holdings and its affiliate company 128 Holdings, as well as founding Rockwell Energy Resources. He currently oversees all investments and organizational management. Prior to forming these entities, Evan served on an executive management team that handled the negotiation, purchase and management of over 100,000 acres of minerals and leasehold spread across multiple basins. Evan is a Florida native and earned a B.S. in Business Finance from the University of South Florida.

Tyler Lucas

Manager

Tyler Lucas co-founded 128 Energy Holdings and its affiliate company 128 Holdings. Tyler has significant industry experience in project management, asset development, acquisitions and divestitures. He currently manages Rockwell and 128’s team in sourcing, negotiating, and evaluating mineral and royalty opportunities in the Appalachian and Delaware Basins. Prior to forming these entities, Tyler worked as a Landman for a private energy company where he assisted with the development of an integral portion of their Delaware Basin assets. Tyler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Oklahoma.
